Hello. I am trying to use an Xbox kinect camera with an Erle-Brain 2 as a way to produce a map. Does anyone have a list of steps i should follow? I am trying to produce a map similar to this with my Erle-Copter and Erle-Rover:
and use it as a way for navigating corridors.
I am a complete beginner in the ROS environment, so if i am missing some things that are required, it would be nice to mention them.
I was trying to do the same thing using a LIDAR-Lite v3, but i am not sure where to start, and what i have done wrong, so it is on hold until i manage to figure some things out, or someone is able to lead me to the right way to go with it.
