So, you want it for holding position? That is the only other use for it.
If so, the ArduPilot team have stopped developing for the PX4Flow.
I can't see Erle developing for it, because it is "old" technology.
For holding position, the focus seems to be to use lidarlite for z axis and GPS for x, y axis.
If you want though, you can develop your own system, using a camera (there are better/cheaper cameras you can use).
I'd love to see that and I will help you develop it, if you wish.
LanderU may have a suggestion, though.
