I am interested in advocating for continued support of the PX4 firmware. I think the firmware is the best solution for developers and paired with the RPI3 or Odriod is an excellent solution as a development platform. While I haven't been able to successfully fly the alpha release due to inability to proper calibrate the ESCs, (I think), what further updates are needed to push this to a newer version. I would be interested in investigating the PX4 esc calibration tool as well as the NSH shell accessibility. This platform has a lot of versatility, and I am excited to use it if I can make it work!
