This error appears in this line which means that the code is not able to change SYSID_MYGCS parameter. If you done this by hand ( I mean using MAVProxy or APMplanner) you can comment the lines from 22 to 42.
Thanks ahcorde! After making that change and rebuilding. The GUI launch but I received an error shown below.It doesn't look like it's connecting to the GCS. None of the changes in teleoperation are propagating.
