we are a group of students from KTH (Sweden) carrying out a project with ABB.
We are looking for a programmable drone able to carry some extra weight and we think your ERLE-COPTER DRONE KIT is very suitable for our application. Before buying it we have some questions about the kit.
We are planning to mount on the drone a device which has its own GPS module. Location information would be transmitted to the Erle-Brain by serial communication. Can we do that through one of the USB ports or the UART port of the Erle-Brain? Is there any specific feature of your GPS module which we have to know about if we are going to substitute it?
Could you please send us some documentation regarding the programming? Supposing we plan to use ROS and code in C++ (or anything else you recommend)
