Hello, I have successfully connected my Erle Copter brain 3 to APM Planer on Mac but I have some difficulties. Several error messages are displayed :"APM initialization" remains displayed as in the first picture."FAURE: unsupported CMD: 252"."Failed CMD 241".What does "FRAME: Quad" mean? And with all this, I can not calibrate the accelerometer.
@etienne49 this is because APM Planner has a bug in the Accel Cal procedure. @LanderU is telling me that he uses 2.0.23rc4 and it works there....
You can find it here:http://firmware.eu.ardupilot.org/Tools/APMPlanner/beta/archived/
Don't worry about CMD error messages, that MAVLink related stuff. Frame Quad means APM autopilot is configured for using a Quadcopter.
Ok, thank you, and is it normal that the drone is perfectly flat and that on the screen, the sensors indicates that my drone is tilted (as can see it on the first photo)? Is it because of the calibration of the sensors?
@etienne49, could be the calibration or/and just the PXFmini is a bit tilted, so the accelerometer senses it.
