Hi All: I have been using ardurover but I have since acquired a RTK GPS that is providing about 20m positioning accuracy. My application is a very gin (900Kg) slow moving rover (1 m/s). I have not been getting good navigation with ardurover 3.0.1 and I was told by the developers that ardurover only uses float math so it can only provide 1 to 1.5m GPS coordinate accuracy. Is this true ? If so then RTK is useless, I am happy to shift to dronecode and Erle if it supports cm precision GPS. In my application I could setup GPS waypoints every 1 m then the robot simply needs to just go from waypoint to waypoint. Comments please?
