so I download new OS image(frambuesa), install new OS on Erle brain3.It can be connected by wifi using ssh, compile projects.

but It did not move(can not perform using transmitter too).
RC transmitter(B2-STX PRO) and RC receiver is B4-RX PRO.
Is 'rover 3' assembled alright?
Bad idea, this command breaks a lot of configurations.
Did you install the firmware?
I use Erle-Brain-3-frambuesa-update-04-07-2017.img.gz.I mount microSD to rover and install APM.(http://docs.erlerobotics.com/brains/erle-brain-3/sofware/apm)
How can I make a rover original state?
you need download the image, install it in your SD card, after that, download the APMrover firmware:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install apm-rover-erlebrain

Your hardware setup looks well for me.
Still Rover can not move forward using transmitter.It can move the front wheel properly, but can not move rear wheel.

could you please check if the ARMING_CHECK/ARMING_REQUIRED parameters are set to 0? You need use a GCS(APM Planner, Mission Planner...) for that.
I checked parameters and set to 0.After then, when transmitter connected, servo motor's rc input value goes 2000.I checked rc input value using rostopic.
