Here is the project update.
The drone is a REAPER, get the plans fom CASA DA BALSA DIGITAL PLANS.
Before constructing, I builded a Mock-up for integration and test.
This project requires a lot of servos and it has to be perfect before installation.
Long gone is the time when I used to punch and drill the plane to fit the components !!

This is the Mock-Up with most components installed (I still miss the Failover Mixer and Radio - I used my Futaba PCM 5 for test):
Has you can see , I glued a copy of the fuselage plan on a coroplast sheets to analyse and evaluate components location and weight and balance, I custom builded the wing distribution, using flat ribbon cable connected to a DB9 for quick connect while inserting the wings, The wings will be foam core construction, so all the cables have to be integrated before finishing the wing.
To reduce cable clutter, I am using flat cables and a distribution board on the tail section.

The power distribution is on the back, so just the signal is on front, so you dont nedd a shematic on the field, just follow the cables. There is some provision for jumper options, because the drone will be using a lot of mixing:
- VTail (You can see a red BIC Lighter case on the picture = This is an arduino NANO with V-Tail program, ultimately these functions will be intergrated on the AutoPilot and Radio)
