I'm trying to connect 3D lidar velodyne-VLP16 with erle-brain-2-escarlata by following the instructions here
And when I tried to install the dependencies, I met the following error:
ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved
to system dependencies:
velodyne_pointcloud: No definition of [yaml-cpp] for OS version 
Anyone know how to solve this problem?
