you're running the BARO_generic.cpp, you need run the compiled version of this cpp.
./waf build --target examples/AP_Compass_test
./waf build --target examples/BARO_generic

you're mixing things. You're using the cross compilation instructions, but you're compiling inside of your Raspberry Pi.

Hi! If you had already test the Baro sensor with the command sudo ./BARO_genericI think that it's an hardware problem! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the problem! They send me a new PXFmini in a week.
