We have an Erle-Brain 2. I was able to build APM natively in it. I then copied the arducopter binary to /home/erle and edited apm.sh to use it instead of ArduCopter.elf. When I rebooted however, it seems that the change did not work. So i decided to run arducopter from the command line but it seg faults. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks.
Solved. I accidentally introduced a syntax error in apm.sh. Thanks.
A new problem came up. APM Planner 2 does not arm the copter. Prearm check says to check firmware or FRAME_CLASS. I checked the full parameter list but no FRAME_CLASS parameter. How do I set this. Thanks.

You should be able to set that parameter using APM Planner 2 easily using it's own interface, as seen here or here.
