I bought 7 copters (5 hexas and 2 quads) to realize a cooperative control of UAV. But I'm afraid i don't really understand the basis.
When the Erle Brain 3 is connected to the battery, the RaspberryPi boots and launches some services perhaps hardware initialization… In the Open Source files (https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/tree/master/ArduCopter) which code are launched (during the booting) ?
Then, when everything is completed, to pilot the copter with the RC Remote, what commands are use to command the motors ? Is there anyway to see exactly what the Remote sends to the Telemetry online ? and also what the telemetry sends to the Brain to command the motors connected to the PWM ports ?
