So I've dug my pxfmini and rpi3 out again to add my new GPS (ublox neo-m8n) unit to my quad copter. After searching around a lot I have connected the cables to the uart connector on the pxfmini as follows.

But I have the red cable toward pwm rail end, then yellow cable, then green cable, then orangey cable, then blue cable, then black cable.
My GPS unit lights up green, and after a while I get a flashing blue light, which I think means it has GPS satellites.
I have set HDOP to 2 in mission planner, and have set GPS min sats to 8.
However, mission planner always says GPS: No GPS on the flight screen. And HDOP stays at 100 and sats at 0 on the status screen.
The drone arms and flys in stabilise mode, but won't arm in PosHold mode as it hasn't got any GPS data.
Does anyone know what is going on here?
