On my ROV (Scuba) project, I had to relocate and rotate the PXF mini to face the opposite direction from the Pi3.
I wired a custom jumper with plugs for all the connections that are shown on page 1 of the PXFmini schematics. I left all the unused GPIO and (7)extra grounds unconnected, so I can use them for external relays. The only connections I am unsure about are pin 4 that says 5V0@2, and pin 17 that says 3V3@2. I am not sure what the @2 means. Do I need to connect these through, or can I just use the 20 connections that are shown plus any one of the grounds?
