I am new to ROS and trying to figure out how to move the rover by sending the velocity commands to mavros/setpoint_velocity/cmd_vel topic. I can see that the velocity data is sent to topic (used rostopic echo) but the rover still does not move. I have read the other similar problem that is solved (http://forum.erlerobotics.com/t/solved-moving-rover-using-ros/707) but it did not solve my problem as I cannot find the file setup-mavros.bash and I do not have ros_catkin_ws/install_isolated/ folder. And I was wondering if the rover in simulation will catch up my velocity command which updates every 0.5 seconds or not. I really appreciate for your time reading my questions! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
